By accessing or using the Service, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Service.

We collect three types of personal data:

For example, when you register on our website, purchase one of our courses, take one of our courses, or contact us directly via phone, email or social media.   • Personal data provided to us by third parties. This may include, but is not limited to, data we are provided about you by your employer. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address and job title.
  • Personal data about your use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, technical information such as your login details, IP address, date and time of access, browser type and how you navigate our online courses, including how long you spend completing each course. All courses are tracked to ensure they are completed and ensure certificates are provided accurately, to make improvements to courses and to give details of completion if requested by an employer.

How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide or give access to services or information that you or your employer requests from us
  • Alert you or your employer when your training is due to expire
  • Update you or your employer on the progress of your course
  • Respond to contact/enquiries you make
  • Review and improve our website and services
  • Provide you with marketing information and suggestions of other services we can provide that may interest you (in accordance with your marketing preferences).

 

How long we keep your personal data

We will keep your training records, including your personal data, for 25 years to comply with GCP, unless you ask us to erase your personal data before this time. 

 

How we keep your personal data safe

We are dedicated to ensuring that your personal data is kept safe. The security measures we take include:

  • Maintaining up-to-date firewalls and anti-virus software to minimise the risk of unauthorised access to our systems
  • Ensuring all members of staff receive regular GDPR and data security awareness training
  • Keeping paper records to a minimum and ensuring that any we do have are stored in locked filing cabinets on our office premises
  • Destroying any records of credit card numbers as soon as they are entered into (and encrypted by) our secure finance software.

Please remember that you are responsible for keeping your passwords secure; please do not to share your passwords with anyone.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of personal data sent to our websites; you send us personal data at your own risk.
