Do I get a certificate?
Yes. When completing a training course with Training Online 4U you will get an electronic copy of a certificate which you are able to print. This will contain details of the course you have completed and the date you undertook the training. You can then keep this for your records.
Is there an examination?
Some of our courses will have a multiple-choice mini quiz at the end to enable us to assess the learning and understanding of our users.
Will the courses help me get a job?

Whilst we at Training Online 4U cannot guarantee you a job if you take our courses, we do feel that by taking our courses you are giving yourself an excellent opportunity for career progression by increasing your skills and knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest information for your field/area of interest. In addition, we also offer you the opportunity to print the course agenda along with the course certificate when you complete the course.

This can be added to your work portfolio to showcase your knowledge to potential/current employers.

Do I get a discount if I buy more than one course?
If you sign up to our newsletter, you will see discounts being sent out periodically for single users. If you need to purchase a course for multiple users, please do contact us to discuss a discount.
How long will the course take?

The time will vary between each course. The course length will be published in our course content page, however; our courses are interactive and easy to use and can be done at your own pace. The courses also contain additional links that are accessible throughout if you would like to further your knowledge through additional information.

Can I purchase a corporate license for a group of people?

How do I purchase a course?

You can pay online via our secure server using either PayPal or debit/credit card at no extra cost. Why not check out our user guide video on our home page to show you step by step how easy it is to purchase and use our courses?

Can I pay by other means?
Paypal is always the best and most secure way to pay. For companies wishing to purchase courses for multiple users, please contact us for more details on how to do this.
How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you’ll need to follow the normal process of taking the course. Then, once you are taken to the screen where you need to enter your details and make payment, there will be a link that asks if you have a discount code. Click on that link and enter your code. If the code has worked, the price of the course will change to being either free, or the new discounted price.

Then, continue to enter all details to sign up as normal.

Why is it called flexible online learning?
Because it can be accessed anywhere, on any device, at any time. It is flexible to suit your busy working needs. You are able to come away, take a break and come back to our training at any time, up to 2 years. In addition, the courses can be completed at your own pace. You may also return to any parts that you need to revisit.
Will there be a record of my completion of your course?
Yes we keep track of all our users and the dates in which they have taken our course. You or your employers can contact us at any time to verify the validity of your certificate.
How long do I have to complete the course?
Each time you sign up for a new course it will be available to access for up to 2 years. You must complete the course within this time period to gain your certificate.
Do you have a refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your course, therefore we offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied.
To request a refund, you should email us at info@trainingonline4u.com with proof of purchase stating why you would like to be reimbursed.

Please note you must not complete the course or print your certificate in order to make a valid refund claim.
